Order Processing

All parcels are shipped from our partner logistics center, which processes orders the same day or the following day after confirmation.

European Union (EU)

Orders are shipped depending on the selected delivery method and the destination country.

• Standard (EU): 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• Pickup Point Delivery: available via Mondial Relay

• Express (EU, excluding Switzerland & UK): delivery the next day or within 2 days after dispatch.

International (outside the EU)

• Only Standard or Express delivery is available (pickup point delivery is not supported).

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

• Shipping taxes, fees, duties, and import costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Refusal to pay these charges does not qualify for a refund.
