RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. YOU HAVE THE OPTION TO USE OUR PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL, AND THE COST OF THIS LABEL WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. THE PRICE VARIES DEPENDING ON YOUR COUNTRY.

RETURN PROCESS

  1. REQUEST A PREPAID RETURN LABEL: CONTACT US TO RECEIVE A PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABEL.
  2. PREPARE YOUR ITEM: ENSURE THE ITEM IS IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, INCLUDING ALL PACKAGING, TAGS, AND LABELS.
  3. SEND THE ITEM BACK: USE THE PREPAID RETURN LABEL TO SEND THE ITEM BACK TO US.

RETURN WINDOW

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT. THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, WITH ALL PACKAGING, TAGS, AND LABELS INTACT.

COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP

BY PLACING AN ORDER, CUSTOMERS ESTABLISH A COMMERCIAL RELATIONSHIP WITH PEPE STUDIO WORLDWIDE AND COMMIT TO ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE PARCEL RELATED TO THE ORDER PLACED.

IF THE CUSTOMER REFUSES TO COLLECT THE PARCEL, THE PARCEL WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER PEPE STUDIO WORLDWIDE AT CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE. THE EXPENSE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS AND ANY DUTY AND TAX FEES. THE AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE ORDER TO BE REFUNDED.
