RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY

We gladly accept returns for:

• Refund (for returns)

• Store Credit (for exchanges)

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached

• In original packaging (the original bag containing the product) with the BARCODE on it

HOW TO START A RETURN:

To initiate a return for a refund or store credit, please visit our Returns Portal.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

PEPE STUDIO reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in their original condition. If this occurs, the package will be returned to the customer and any shipping costs will not be covered by PEPE STUDIO.
